Q. How Long does a membership last for?
A. Memberships are valid for 365 days from purchase
Q. If I renew early do I lose the days I had left?
A. No we simply add 365 days to your expiry date

A. Your membership may have expired, or if you are including a membership with your purchase, you need to purchase the membership first before doing a product purchase with a coupon

A. There are many ways to earn Health Points on Avena Originals website, as a member you have an exclusive way by earning points based on your purchases. Earn 1 Health Point for every $1.00 your spend online
Q. Do my offline purchase earn Health Points?
A. Unfortunately no, at this time only the website has the ability to track and award Health Points.
Q. I let my membership expire, what are my options?
A. you have 30 days grace period after a membership lapse, during that grace period you can still renew for $25.00 and not lose any rewards. After 30 days you will need to purchase a new membership at $50.00 and you may have lost some rewards after the grace period ended.
Q. Is there anyway to auto renew my membership?
A. Yes membership can be auto renewed, please call us at 1-800-207-2239 and we can set up a automatic program with a credit card to auto renew.
Q. How do I refer friends, family or New Customers
A. you can use your unique referral URL from your account page or by clicking on the earn rewards tab at the bottom right. Copy and paste that to an email, Facebook, text message, or any platform you wish to use.
Q. Can I use something to encourage my friends to try it?
A. If you use the referral URL your referral will automatically receive 10% off their first purchase if used within the first 72 hours.
