•Peppermint
•Camphor.
Few Words of Caution: Camphor Oil can be toxic and fatally poisonous if ingested in excess. Even 2 grams can be lethal. Ingestion in slight overdoses can show symptoms of poisoning such as extreme thirst, vomiting, loss in body temperature etc.
It should be remembered that the substance which is toxic for insects can be toxic for human beings too.

Champhor
Champhor is one of the star ingredients in our foot oil Blend. The health benefits of Camphor Essential Oil include it properties like stimulant, anti spasmodic, anti septic, decongestant, anesthetic, sedative and nervous pacifier, anti neuralgic, anti inflammatory, disinfectant, insecticide, etc.
Stimulant & Diaphoretic: Camphor Oil is an effective stimulant. It stimulates circulation, metabolism, digestion, secretions and excretion, thereby treating problems and ailments associated with improper circulation, digestion, sluggish or hyper metabolic rates, obstructed secretions etc.
Stress: Like most other essential oils, peppermint is able to provide relief from stress, depression and mental exhaustion due to its refreshing nature. It is also effective against anxiety and restlessness.
Irritable Bowel Syndrome: The muscle relaxing property of peppermint oil has been found to ease irritable bowel syndrome. This has been validated through preliminary scientific research though the exact mechanism is still unknown.
