Q: Is colloidal Silver safe to ingest?
A: According to Health Canada, there is not enough safety research to support internallal consumption. Historically there are many records and testimonials of cultures who regularly consumed Colloidal Silver in many different ways.
Q: Does Colloidal Silver expire?
A: Not really since no bacteria, virus, or fungus can infect and spoil collidal silver, it is likely to last forever if not directly exposed to sunlight.
Q: Why does it need be to kept away from sunlight?
A: Silver reacts with light, which is what makes it the primary component of photography film, when colloidal silver is exposed to direct sunlight for a peroid of time the silver will turn black, and will no longer be of any value.
Q: What does 30ppm mean?
A: PPM stands for parts per million, it is a measurement of how many active units of ionic silver ions are present in the water. Avena uses 30 pm while many in the industry use 5-10ppm.
Q: What is Argyria
A: A conditoin of over consumption (Litres per day for years) of improper silver supplements that causes the pigment of the skin to turn blue, when the skin with high concentrations of large silver particles are exposed to sunlight. This has never occured with proper ionic silver compounds.
