    THURSDAY EVENING

    Arrival between 6 pm to 7 pm
    Claim a bed and move in and set up your spot.
    If you are unable to make it out Thursday evening, join us Friday morning.

  • 7:30 pm Introductions, Healing journey stories
  • 8:30 pm personal relaxation time.


    FRIDAY

  • 7 am - Morning Guided Meditation with Cold Pressed Green Juice
  • 8 am - Raw Breakfast Buffet
  • 9 am-12 pm - in the Kitchen with Kristin Fraser - A hands-on learning experience for raw living foods.
  • 12p m-1 pm - Raw Lunch Buffet
  • 1 pm-5 pm - Experiencing Nature - drive to and then hike Crescent Falls area. There will be a beginners area, where you can walk 100' to a viewpoint and enjoy the area, with picnic tables, a river and a gorgeous two-tier waterfall. For more advanced users we will climb down to the base of the falls and enjoy the refreshing and powerful negative ions given off by waterfalls.
  • 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm - Raw Dinner Buffet
  • 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm - Master Class - a detailed and advanced approach to Enzymes
  • 8:30 pm - 9:30 pm - Quiet time, Journaling,
  • 9:30 pm - Personal Time

    • SATURDAY

  • 7 am - Morning Guided Meditation with Cold Pressed Green Juice
  • 8 am - Raw Breakfast Buffet
  • 9 am-12pm - in the Kitchen with Kristin Fraser - A hands-on learning experience for raw living foods.
  • 12-1pm - Raw Lunch Buffet
  • 1pm-5pm - Experiencing Nature - a Beginners hike to Bush Falls behind the historic townsite of Nordegg, AB. 30min hike to the falls and back on a wide gravel path for the majority of the way.
  • 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm - Raw Dinner Buffet
  • 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm - Natural Health Education topic picked by the group.
  • 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm - Open discussion about health, round table
  • 8:30 pm - 9:30 pm - Quiet time, Journaling,
  • 9:30 pm - Personal Time


    SUNDAY

  • 7 am - Morning Guided Meditation with Cold Pressed Green Juice
  • 8 am - Raw Breakfast Buffet
  • 9 am-10 am - in the Kitchen with Kristin Fraser - A hands-on learning experience for raw living foods.
  • 11-12 pm - Raw Lunch Buffet
  • 12pm-12:30pm - Pack up and Depart
