Serves 2 delicious cups

Elixir’s can be warm or cool – the benefits of these healthy drinks is they provide the variety of your daily essentials like your proteins, fats, and carbohydrates. There are many variations and ingredients that you can use in making elixir’s.

1 ½ – Cups Almond Milk
1 ½  – Cups Spring water
1 – 2 Tps of Honey or your favourite sweetener
Heavy splash of  Avena’s Coconut Oil
3 – Scoops of Avena’s RP³ Cacao
1 – Tsp Reishi Mushroom Powder
1 – Tsp Chaga Mushroom Powder


Delicious toppings:
Dash of Coconut milk powder
Dash of Cinnamon 


Using the stove top on low heat – warm up the almond milk and water. Then add in your honey and Coconut Oil to liquefy, and then mix in the RP³ Cacao, Reishi, and Chaga. When the ingredients have all blended in together serve with cinnamon and coconut milk powder as a topping. Finally, enjoy a warming elixir with a friend!
