SOOO CREAMY CHOCOLATE PUDDING

- 2 ½ cups young coconut meat
- ¾ cup young coconut milk
- ¾ dark agave nectar (dark works best)
- ½ cup cacao powder
- 1 whole vanilla bean, or vanilla extract to taste
- ¼ tsp Pristine sea salt
- 1 banana (optional)
- Blend everything in the Vita-mix or high-speed blender until smooth and creamy.
You might as well make a double batch and pour into popsicle molds and freeze for the best Raw Fudgesicles EVER!
