SOOO CREAMY CHOCOLATE PUDDING

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups young coconut meat
  • ¾ cup young coconut milk
  • ¾ dark agave nectar (dark works best)
  • ½ cup cacao powder
  • 1 whole vanilla bean, or vanilla extract to taste
  • ¼ tsp Pristine sea salt
  • 1 banana (optional)

 

Directions

  1. Blend everything in the Vita-mix or high-speed blender until smooth and creamy.

You might as well make a double batch and pour into popsicle molds and freeze for the best Raw Fudgesicles EVER!
