RAW CAULIFLOWER POPCORN
1-2 heads cauliflower
1 tsp Pristine Sea Salt (more to taste)
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil (or Coconut Oil)
- Cut up cauliflower into smaller florets, these should be slightly bigger than bite size (the pieces will shrink when dehydrated).
- Gently toss with the oil and seasoning until the pieces are thoroughly coated.
- Place in a dehydrator at 100° F for 10-14hours depending on desired crunchiness.
- For more crunch leave it in longer. Snack and enjoy
