RAW CAULIFLOWER POPCORN

Ingredients

1-2 heads cauliflower
1 tsp Pristine Sea Salt (more to taste)
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil (or Coconut Oil)
Optional flavourings:

Mesquite
Curry
Turmeric
Nutritional Yeast
Cayenne

 

Directions

  1. Cut up cauliflower into smaller florets, these should be slightly bigger than bite size (the pieces will shrink when dehydrated).
  2. Gently toss with the oil and seasoning until the pieces are thoroughly coated.
  3. Place in a dehydrator at 100° F for 10-14hours depending on desired crunchiness.
  4. For more crunch leave it in longer. Snack and enjoy
