MOM’S YUMMY FUDGE
Be adventurous and try all the variations! Or, omit all additions, using only almond butter agave and chocolate for a delicious melt in your mouth fudge!
Ingredients
- 3 Tbs raw organic almond butter (made from almonds soaked for 8 hrs, rinsed & dried)
- 3 Tbs raw chocolate nibs (ground very fine in coffee grinder)
- 3 Tbs raw organic Agave nectar.
- ¼ cup raw organic walnuts, chopped (soaked 8 hrs, rinsed & dried)
- ¼ cup raw organic chopped dates (not steam treated)
Directions
- Add almond butter to chocolate in grinder & blend until very smooth.
- Remove to bowl.
- Add agave nectar, dates and walnuts.
- Mix very well.
- Spread on parchment paper or waxed paper lined plate.
- Shape into a square and refrigerate or freeze until firm enough to cut.
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
Variations:
