MOM’S YUMMY FUDGE

Be adventurous and try all the variations! Or, omit all additions, using only almond butter agave and chocolate for a delicious melt in your mouth fudge!

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbs raw organic almond butter (made from almonds soaked for 8 hrs, rinsed & dried)
  • 3 Tbs raw chocolate nibs (ground very fine in coffee grinder)
  • 3 Tbs raw organic Agave nectar.
  • ¼ cup raw organic walnuts, chopped (soaked 8 hrs, rinsed & dried)
  • ¼ cup raw organic chopped dates (not steam treated)

 

Directions

  1. Add almond butter to chocolate in grinder & blend until very smooth.
  2. Remove to bowl.
  3. Add agave nectar, dates and walnuts.
  4. Mix very well.
  5. Spread on parchment paper or waxed paper lined plate.
  6. Shape into a square and refrigerate or freeze until firm enough to cut.
  7. Cut into squares and enjoy!

 

Variations:
