- 1 cup organic frozen strawberries
- 3 TBS Agave Syrup
- 4 TBS Gogi Berries
- 2 TBS Raw Chocolate (ground)
- 1 TSP psyllium powder
- pinch of salt (to taste)
- 2 ripe organic mango’s
- In a blender combine all the above ingredients (except for the mango’s).
- Add water to aid in the blending.
- Place in the refrigerator to cool and thicken.
- When ready to serve, slice and dice the mango’s and add to the sauce, then ladle into individual dishes.
