Serves: 4


  • 1 cup organic frozen strawberries
  • 3 TBS Agave Syrup
  • TBS Gogi Berries
  • TBS Raw Chocolate (ground)
  • 1 TSP psyllium powder
  • pinch of salt (to taste)
  • 2 ripe organic mango’s


  1. In a blender combine all the above ingredients (except for the mango’s).
  2. Add water to aid in the blending.
  3. Place in the refrigerator to cool and thicken.
  4. When ready to serve, slice and dice the mango’s and add to the sauce, then ladle into individual dishes.
