KELP NOODLE PAD TAI

Ingredients:

1 package raw kelp noodles

Sauce:

2-3 Tbsp raw almond butter

Juice of 1 lime
1/4 cup tamari
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1/2 onion
2 Tsp chili flakes
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup shoyu (optional)

Veggies:

head of bock choy
handful of diced scallions
1/4 cup sliced carrots
1/4 cup sliced zucchini
small package of bean sprouts
for garnish cilantro, sesame seeds, sea salt,
black pepper, extra lime slices.
Add additional veggies to your liking..

Lets get uncooking….

Place noodles in water to soak while you are making the sauce.
To make the sauce, combine the ingredients in food processor
and blend. In a large bowl, toss the noodles with the sauce (like
you are tossing a salad- lift and turn.) Add chopped veggies and
then garnish as desired.
