HEMP BRUSCHETTA

Need a great light spring snack! Try This!!

Ingredients

  • 5 tomatoes
  • 1 small bundle of chives
  • 1 small bundle of fresh basil
  • 1/2 an avocado sliced thin
  • 1 small bundle of fresh oregano
  • 1/2 small onion minced
  • 1 small jalapeno pepper (optional)
  • 1/8 cup Hemp Seeds

Sauce
  • 1/8 cup Hemp Oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1/8 small onion minced
  • Pinch of Avena’s Pristine Sea Salt
  • Pinch of pepper (optional)

Directions

  1. Mix sauce in a separate bowl.
  2. Combine all other chopped ingredients together, then pour sauce over chopped mix.
  3. Sprinkle Hemp Seeds on and serve!
