GOJI-SLAW
It’s Colourful! Tasty! Fresh! What more do you want?
Ingredients
- 1/2 head of green cabbage
- 1/2 head of purple cabbage
- 1/2 head of cauliflower
- 3 – 4 carrots
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 onion1/8 cup hemp oil
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 Tbsp agave nectar
- 1 tsp mustard seed powder
- 1 Tbsp Avena’s Pristine Sea Salt
- Goji berries
Directions
- Process the first 6 ingredients (in stages) using the “s” blade on the food processor.
- Place in large bowl. Shake together the oil, spices, agave, salt & vinegar in a jar (double up the dressing if you prefer it juicier).
- Pour over the slaw mixture and toss.
- Plate the coleslaw and top with a handful of goji berries!
