GOJI-SLAW

It’s Colourful! Tasty! Fresh! What more do you want?

Ingredients

  • 1/2 head of green cabbage
  • 1/2 head of purple cabbage
  • 1/2 head of cauliflower
  • 3 – 4 carrots
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 1 onion1/8 cup hemp oil
  • 1/8 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp agave nectar
  • 1 tsp mustard seed powder
  • 1 Tbsp Avena’s Pristine Sea Salt
  • Goji berries

 

Directions

  1. Process the first 6 ingredients (in stages) using the “s” blade on the food processor.
  2. Place in large bowl. Shake together the oil, spices, agave, salt & vinegar in a jar (double up the dressing if you prefer it juicier).
  3. Pour over the slaw mixture and toss.
  4. Plate the coleslaw and top with a handful of goji berries!
