CITRUS SUNRISE SMOOTHIE

Enjoy the ENERGY, with this quick and simple recipe that is ready in just seconds.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Springwater
  • 2 Handfuls greens (kale, spinach, etc.)
  • 2 to 4 Frozen ripe bananas
  • 1 1/2 cups Frozen strawberries or blueberries
  • 2/3 cups Freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 4 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 4 Tbsp Avena’s E-Fusion
  • 3 Tbsp Agave Nectar
  • 1 Tbsp Hemp Oil or Coconut Oil
  • 1 tsp Avena’s Superfood Powder

 

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine water, greens and your choice of either Hemp or Coconut Oil. Blend well.
  2. Then add fruit juices and Raw Agave Nectar.
  3. Blend until the fruit is pureed.
  4. Once your smoothie is smooth and well blended, add Avena’s Toco ® and Superfood Powder.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy the energy!
