CITRUS SUNRISE SMOOTHIE
Enjoy the ENERGY, with this quick and simple recipe that is ready in just seconds.
- 2 cups Springwater
- 2 Handfuls greens (kale, spinach, etc.)
- 2 to 4 Frozen ripe bananas
- 1 1/2 cups Frozen strawberries or blueberries
- 2/3 cups Freshly squeezed orange juice
- 4 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 4 Tbsp Avena’s E-Fusion
- 3 Tbsp Agave Nectar
- 1 Tbsp Hemp Oil or Coconut Oil
- 1 tsp Avena’s Superfood Powder
- In a blender, combine water, greens and your choice of either Hemp or Coconut Oil. Blend well.
- Then add fruit juices and Raw Agave Nectar.
- Blend until the fruit is pureed.
- Once your smoothie is smooth and well blended, add Avena’s Toco ® and Superfood Powder.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the energy!
